Recessed Lighting

Transform your home into an energy saving marvel with low wattage recessed lighting.

RECESSED LIGHTING

Recessed lighting offers a clean, streamlined look in a home. It can increase the amount of light in a room, highlight artwork or other special features, and open up spaces so they look and feel bigger.

Placed throughout the ceiling, recessed lighting offers unobtrusive general lighting. Over a sink it becomes task lighting; aimed towards artwork, it becomes accent lighting. Using different trims and various sizes can create dramatic effects.

Recessed lights are available in a variety of sizes including 3”, 4 ”,5 ” and 6 ” fixtures.

They can be blended with a variety of bulbs, including, incandescent, fluorescent, high and low voltage, halogen and LED. Typically, the first task in the lighting process is to find out what the customers lighting goals are. Our lighting design specialists can assist you in selecting the proper lighting schemes for any room of your home or office.

The next step is fixture selection. Often we hear “I like the little lights”, when in reality, what the room is to be used for has much more to do with the fixture size and bulb selection than mere size comparison. The last step in the process is determining light placement. This is definitely the most important task. The placement of the recessed lights can literally make of break the appearance of the room. See design tips
